Monthly Mixtape Class Vids
We make two videos every month of the Mixtape Class featuring all our Los Angeles teachers and ponies who come to in-person of class! Check out a clip from Jaquita’s class.
30 Min Pony Vid!
This is the 30 minute container for the Pony Sweat practice. It contains songs from previous Mixtape routines, and includes our warm-up, isolations, lead-follow dance aerobics (teachers leads, you don’t have to follow), and a brief cool-down of “going inside” and stretching. We hope you enjoy continuing to explore these songs, or dancing to them for the first time in this shorter format!
Exercising + Listening 2 records
EL2R is not Pony Sweat but it IS a practice that supports your Pony Sweat-ing! Emilia guides you in a 1 hr fiercely noncompetitive, low/no-impact, strength/mobility/flexibility-building exercises. The format includes mat-pilates, body-weight and light-weight resistance exercises, and stretching. Volunteer Ponies bring records to listen to together and we participate in the wonderful tradition of sharing music in community!
Slow Pony
Slow Pony is a practice in expressive Body Talk. We explore sensing and sensuality to slow jams and sad jams from a fiercely noncompetitive mindframe that is rooted in experimentation, playfulness, permission, and tender self-care. The container is 30-40 minutes long and consists of floorwork, no-impact dance aerobics, some choreography to follow or not follow, and 15 minutes of stretching at your own level. No equipment required, but you may find a mat, yoga blocks, a blanket or cushion to be supportive.
Rewind!
Emilia teaches some all-time favorite Pony Sweat routines to the songs we wanna dance to over and over again! She breaks down some of the more complicated move-combinations and shares some fun facts about each song. Do 1 or more (each video is one song) for an at-home emotive dance break!

Only got 15 mins and want to dance? Try the Snack Mix! videos, it's just enough aerobics to get you through!
